Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The Latin Pop music industry is being influenced by his globular reach. His hit song from 2016 Una Lady Como Tu was the recipient of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for Favorite Song in 2017. In 2017, he dropped ADN the first of his long-players with La Industria Inc. in Medellin. The album reached the number 8 spot on the Top Latin Albums chart. Later in the year, he collaborated with Ozuna to record Vaina Loca that was which was a Top Five hit. He collaborated alongside Noriel to record Mala Influencia in the year 2020. He in the year following, he came out with his second album, the chart-topping Dopamina. He also sang a duet on TINI's streaming popular single Maldita Foto. The smash hit La Bachata from 2000 was released in 2023. Turizo was born into a musical family the mother of his younger brother and father have been musicians. Turizo has told interviews that music was a necessity. Growing up, he instructed to play the saxophone, piano and guitar. While his initial career choice was a career as a vet his brother Julian encouraged him to enroll in singing lessons from an Cuban instructor and as a consequence of discovering the talent as a musician changed the trajectory of his life.
